Company Founded as Educational Content Company
Stephen J. Hyer founded IGD Solutions in Michigan to develop educational content and entertainment based website communities.
2000
Company Branched into Offering Website Services to Other Companies
As the staff began to grow to include more and more developers, IGD Solutions started working for other companies building their first websites
2002
Moved into first office space
IGD Solutions continued to grow and moved into our first office spacing sharing space with another company in Clarkston, Michigan.

Partnered with Netastic
Netastic contracted with IGD Solutions to do all of the back end hosting and technical support for all of their clients.
2005
Acquired BlackWillow in Milford, Michigan
BlackWillow, a hosting and website design/development company, was acquired by IGD Solutions. We took over the hosting and began providing website support to all of the BlackWillow client base.
Founder Steve Hyer named Citizen of the Year by Clarkston Area Chamber of Commerce
2006
Expanded Office Space as company continued to grow
IGD Solutions moved into a larger office space as the company staff and client base continued growing over the years.
2008
IGD Solutions Celebrates 10 Years in Business!
IGD Solutions successfully passes the 10 year milestone in business!
2009
Online Tech shared hosting acquisition
IGD Solutions began a partnership with Online Tech, a data center in Ann Arbor, Michigan by acquiring their shared hosting business and housing some technical assets in their data centers.
2010
Awarded Goldline Research Best Web Design Company in the Central United States
Goldline Research awarded IGD Solutions as one of the Best Web Design Companies in the Central United States.
2012
Expanded focus on non profit organizations
As IGD Solutions continues to grow, special processes were developed to better service the growing portfolio of non-profit clients. IGD Solutions services both small local non-profits as well as larger national organizations.
2014
Expanded hourly programming services to clients
With an expanding staff and greater technical expertise, it was time to combine the project management expertise and technical skills needed to manage larger programming projects.
2015
Moved Offices to Current Office Location, Better able to collaborate and better meeting space to meet with our clients
It was again time for IGD Solutions to upgrade their office facilities into a new office building that would allow us to better service our clients.
2016
Acquired Group-41 and Netastic
IGD Solutions acquired both Group-41 and Netastic to continue to deliver to these clients the high level of service they expect and to further expand the IGD Solutions client base.
2017
Acquired Slick and Bubba's
IGD Solutions acquired Slick and Bubba's Elite and Expeditious website clients as we continue to grow our business and help these new clients grow their businesses.
2019
IGD Solutions moves into its own building
IGD Solutions grows again and has matured to a point where moving into its own building makes sense. IGD Solutions has worked hard to make this a great work environment!
